On Tuesday, Seoul National University Children's Hospital announced that Jungkook, a member of the popular boy band BTS, donated 1 billion won ($758,000) to assist children and families in need. According to the hospital, the donation will be used to support medical expenses for children from low-income families and contribute to the hospital's all-encompassing care center plan.
In a press release, Jungkook stated, "I hope my donation can provide some assistance to children in danger, and I hope it can bring a smile to their faces."
