YG Entertainment Denies Dating Rumors Between BLACKPINK's Rosé and Actor Gang Dong-won

On Monday, YG Entertainment released a statement denying the dating rumors surrounding Rosé from the popular K-pop group BLACKPINK and actor Gang Dong-won. The entertainment company previously declined to comment on the issue, but as rumors continued to spread, they decided to issue a statement to clear the air.

"We previously said that we are unable to check our artists' private matters, especially regarding Rosé, but we are making a statement again as rumors have continued to recklessly swirl," the statement read. "Rosé's dating rumor that has been reported today is not true."

 

The rumor started when fans claimed to have seen the two wearing matching accessories or outfits and attending events together. YG Entertainment is known for not commenting on its artists' dating rumors, leading fans to speculate that their silence was an indirect confirmation of the relationship.

It's worth noting that both Rosé and Gang were previously under YG Entertainment, but Gang terminated his contract with the agency in December. Despite the agency's denial, fans will undoubtedly continue to speculate about the possibility of a relationship between the two celebrities.
